Hello and welcome to The Starry Owl Boutique. We are located in Worthington, OH and carry a wide variety of clothing and accessories. We receive new inventory every week, so be sure to stop back often!

Shipping:
Thank you so much for shopping with us! We anticipate orders being packed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days! Let us know if you have any other questions regarding shipping time! If you are needing something rushed for a birthday, anniversary, ETC, please don't hesitate to reach out to customerservice@shopthestarryowl.com & we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping is tiered based upon weight and shipping destination. Charges start at $3.50 and max out at $8.50. Purchases over $150 (before tax & shipping charges) qualify for FREE SHIPPING (First class or Priority) within the US.

Returns/Exchanges:
We want you to love your purchase, and want everything to fit perfect! You can process an exchange with in our return policy time frame. Please refer to the FAQ section for additional details.
FINAL SALE are not able to be exchanged. That would include the following: All items ordered using a discount code, Mystery boxes, subscription boxes, seasonal/holiday items, jewelry, hats, bralettes, grab bags, masks.

While we don't mind changing a size, or an address before an order ships, please double check your order! If an order is already confirmed and you need a change, we ask that you follow the normal exchange process!
If your order is returned to us due to a bad address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to the correct address.
